About Hectare Capital & Partners

Hectare Capital & Partners (PTY) Ltd.

Hectare Capital & Partners Pty (Ltd) is a multi-disciplinary financial advisory and development finance practice led by esteemed black professionals.

Its identity is anchored in its name—referencing the hectare, a fundamental unit of land measurement and a vital asset for generational wealth creation. Driven by a mission to enhance the economic capability of South Africans, Hectare Capital addresses structural inequality and traditional banking barriers, empowering Previously Disadvantaged Individuals, emerging developers, and local entrepreneurs to procure land and develop commercial real estate across rural areas, townships, and secondary economies.

Moving beyond transactional product sales, Hectare Capital delivers client-centric solutions tailored to specific objectives, risk profiles, and financial realities.

Financial wellness should be easier to understand, easier to act on and available to those who have traditionally felt distant from advisory services.
